Marty R. Fisher, 75, of Cottonwood died November 19, 2012. He was born January 3, 1937 in Durango, Colorado, the son of Melvin and Allyne Fisher. He was a graduate of the Naval Academy. He served his country as Lieutenant Commander in the Navy in Vietnam. He was a Naval Officer, a carpenter, and an investigator for the Inspector General.
