Harold Arthur "Chitown" Smith, 53, of Casa Grande died on Jan. 8, 2013, at Casa Grande Regional Medical Center. Mr. Smith was born on June 8, 1959, in Sacramento, Calif. He was a block layer and a member of Outreach Church of God in Christ. He enjoyed karaoke and was very outgoing. He also liked collecting many types of items and taking bike rides.
