Howard was born on April 5, 1935 and passed away on Wednesday, December 19, 2012.
Howard was a resident of Tucson, Arizona at the time of his passing.
He was preceded in death by his wife Ruth.
The memorial service will be held at Sunnyside First Presbyterian Church on Saturday, January 5th at 11:00 AM. A reception will take place immediately following.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Sunnyside Presbyterian Church Foundation.
