Mary Lackie Phillips, 73, of Cedar Park passed away Sunday, June 8, 2014 from complications of pneumonia. By her side were her husband of almost 55 years, Wilburn Glenn Phillips, her two sisters, Marsha and Loretta, her children and grandchildren. She was born in Houston, Texas on Feburary, 12, 1941.
