Paul Burton Fox, 75, of Mesa, AZ passed away June 7, 2014. Paul was born in Dubuque, Iowa on March 16, 1939, the son of Burton G. and Etta C. (Schwaegler) Fox. Paul graduated from the University of Dubuque and taught instrumental music in the Dubuque public schools. He played French Horn in the Dubuque Symphony.He completed a Master's degree in Music Education in 1968 from Colorado State College (now UNC).In 1976 Paul became the Orchestra Director at Natrona County High School in Casper, WY....
