Joseph Roy Moore, 88, of Mesa, Arizona, passed away peacefully on Friday, April 25, 2014. He was born to the late Joseph and Blanche Moore on February 11, 1926, in Minneapolis, Minnesota and raised in Emerald, Wisconsin. He served his country in World War II and was an embodiment of the Greatest Generation. He married the late Betty Jayne Moore in 1948. Together they raised six children.
