Jerry was born on May 21, 1936 and passed away in April 2014.
Jerry was a resident of Flagstaff, Arizona at the time of his passing.
He is survived by his wife Kathleen.
A grave site only service will be held Friday, April 11th at 2:PM at Citizen's Cemetery in Flagstaff.
