Shirley Edith Jarvey, 83, of Chandler, Arizona passed away on Monday, April 7, 2014. She was born on June 28, 1930 in Elgin, Illinois to the late Edith & Arthur Lester. Shirley graduated from Prescott High School and went on to receive a bachelor's degree in elementary education from Arizona State University in 1950.
