Lula was a devoted wife, mother and grandmother. She worked 40 years for the City of Detroit at Receiving Hospital, Maybury Hospital, and Herman Kiefer Hospital. An excellent cook and meticulous housekeeper. She was an avid bowler, bowling well into her eighties.
