David was born on March 13, 1934 and passed away on Sunday, December 9, 2012.
David was a resident of Peoria, Arizona at the time of his passing.
He is survived by his wife Karen.
A viewing will be from 9:30-10:30 A.M., Thursday, December 13th at St Raphael's Catholic Church, 5525 W. Acoma Rd. in Glendale. A mass will begin at 10:30. Interment will be at the National Memorial Cemetery of Arizona, 23029 N. Cave Creek Rd following the funeral mass.
