Raymond R. Smith, 86, of Prescott, Arizona departed this life Tuesday September 3, 2013 at the Margaret T. Morris Center in Prescott. He was born Friday November 5, 1926 in Harlan, KY to Marion and Annie Smith.
Raymond serviced on the Prescott Board of Adjustment for 6 years, the Prescott Employee's Review Board for 2 years, the 69 Corridor Board. He was president of the Yavapai Home Owner's Group for 2 years, and the Bay Area Boy Scout Committee Chairman for 7 years.
