David passed away on Thursday, August 22, 2013.
David was a resident of Yuma, Arizona at the time of his passing.
He is survived by his wife Teresa.
Services will be held on Thursday, August 29th, 2013, at 2:00 pm at Johnson Mortuary Chapel, 1415 South First Avenue, Yuma, Arizona.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to the Humane Society of Yuma, 4050 South Avenue 4 and 1/2 E, Yuma. AZ, 85365 or to the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation at www.cff.org.
