Hazel Alline Cumbie 80, of Surprise, peacefully passed away on August 5, 2013. She is preceded in death by her husband, former mayor of Surprise, George Cumbie, son Ronnie Cumbie, and grandson Aaron Pack. She is survived by her daughter Carolyn Adair and sons, Robert, Randy, and Richard Cumbie. Alline had 16 grandchildren, 29 great grandchildren, and one great-great grandchild.
