Thomas was born on November 26, 1942 and passed away on Tuesday, November 20, 2012.
Thomas was a resident of Tempe, Arizona at the time of his passing.
He is survived by his wife Pamela.
The Visitation will be at Corpus Christi Catholic Church 3550 E. Knox Rd. Phoenix, Friday November 23 10:00 a.m. with the Funeral Mass at 11:00 a.m. at the Church.
The family prefers donations be made to: USCG Alumni Association; Cadet Activity Fund.
