David was born on October 4, 1957 and passed away on Saturday, June 8, 2013.
David was a resident of Flagstaff, Arizona at the time of his passing.
Fellowship will be at 5:30 with Memorial Service beginning at 6pm, Thursday, June 20th at Victorious Life Christian Center, 755 Bonito St.
