Salvatore was a resident of Tempe, Arizona at the time of his passing.
He is survived by his wife Sandra.
A Funeral Mass will be held 9:30am, Friday, May 31, 2013 at Our Lady of Mount Carmel Catholic Church, 2121 S. Rural Rd., Tempe, AZ 85282 immediately followed by Interment at National Memorial Cemetery of Arizona, 23029 N. Cave Creek Rd., Phoenix, AZ 85029.
