Jeffrey passed away on Friday, May 10, 2013.
Jeffrey was a resident of Phoenix, Arizona at the time of his passing.
A Memorial service will be Saturday, May 18th, 2013 at 1:00 pm at Dillon in Scottsdale. 8009 East Dillons Way Scottsdale, Arizona 85260.
