Ralph Albert Lupro, III passed away April 13, 2013 surrounded by his family. He was born on May 17, 1948 in Williamsport, PA to Teresa Lupro and the late Ralph A. Lupro, Jr. Ralph was a Vietnam Veteran serving with US Army. He enjoyed hunting, fishing and working with horses with the Arizona Arabian Horse Association.
