Berlyn was born on October 22, 1947 and passed away on Thursday, April 11, 2013.
Berlyn was a resident of Flagstaff, Arizona at the time of his passing.
He is survived by his wife Susan.
Services will be Monday April 15th 2pm at Christ Church of Flagstaff with burial to follow at Citizens Cemetery.
