Henry was born on July 27, 1925 and passed away in March 2013.
Henry was a resident of Glendale, Arizona at the time of his passing.
He was preceded in death by his wife Janice.
A visitation will be held at 9 to 10 am at Chapel of the Chimes Mortuary with the Funeral Mass to follow at Saint Raphael's Catholic Church an 11 am.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the charity of the donors choice.
