David passed away on Friday, March 15, 2013.
David was a resident of Tempe, Arizona at the time of his passing.
He is survived by his wife Deborah.
Services will be held at 11am, Wednesday, March 20, 2013 at University Lutheran Church, 340 E. 15th Street in Tempe.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to University Lutheran Church, the Salvation Army, the American Red Cross, and Disabled American Veterans.
