Richard Arnold Matlock, 81, of Sun City West, passed away February 5, 2013. A visitation will be held on Friday, February 15, 2013, from 12 pm to 1 pm at Sunwest Funeral Home, 12525 NW Grand Ave., El Mirage, AZ. Graveside service with Military Honors will follow at 2 pm at National Memorial Cemetery of Arizona, 23029 N. Cave Creek Rd, Phoenix, AZ.
